Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight of the items in your order. The shipping calculator on our site provides accurate shipping information based on the weight of your order.

LTL Freight Shipments are free for the PorchMax Pergola Kit and charged on a case by case basis for all other orders. 


Pergola World offers Local Pick-Up, Local Delivery & UPS Shipping for our smaller orders and LTL Freight for Lumber, Pergola Kits & other large shipments.

LTL Freight Returns


Please expect 7-10 business days for fulfillment of your freight order and 7-14 business days for delivery. Pergola World can and will do our best to  provide faster turn around times for as many orders as possible.

All LTL Freight Shipments utilize one of the following companies for delivery:

  • AAA Cooper
  • Estes Express Lines (LTL Standard Transit)
  • Saia Motor Freight
  • XPO Logistics

Our Residential LTL Freight services feature delivery from truck to the home. The location’s accessibility determines the shipment’s actual placement. This basic service may or may not require a delivery appointment depending on shipper, region and shipment, this includes online shipment tracking, and email updates. You are solely responsible for removal of the materials in your shipment from the delivery vehicle. 

Should the delivery vehicle be unable to drive up to your home, you will be solely responsible for the transportation of the materials from the local shipping hub in your area.  Contact your shipping provider or a local last mile delivery service to arrange for white glove delivery services in your area. 


Pergola World does not currently ship outside the continental United States. 


Pergola World is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please photograph and save all packaging material and/or damaged goods before filing a claim.


Pergola World offers tracking through ShipStation and will email you a link to track your packages. 


Enjoy a complimentary 14-day grace period for storing your orders with us! Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification informing you that your items are ready for pickup. The 2-week grace period starts the next business day.

After the initial 14 days, a nominal storage fee will be applied to any order left in our care. The fee is $50 per week and ensures the continued protection and accessibility of your items.

Please note that Pergola World operates as a small lumber yard with limited space for large orders. Our commitment to quality service means we strive to accommodate your storage needs, but space is limited. The storage fee helps us manage our available space efficiently.

To ensure the fair use of our storage facilities, please be aware that any order remaining in storage for longer than 8 weeks will be considered abandoned. In such cases, the materials will be entered back into inventory.

If an order is deemed abandoned, the materials will need to be reordered. A maximum storage fee of $350, along with a restocking fee, will be applied to the replacement order.

Rest assured, we prioritize the safety and convenience of your belongings, and these policies contribute to maintaining the high standards of our storage services.


Pergola World offers local delivery within the state of Oklahoma for an additional fee. All local delivery requests must be scheduled with our team by calling (866) 706-0589 or emailing

All deliveries will be delivered within 3 to 14 business days of order fulfillment. Tracking is not available for local deliveries. 

You are solely responsible for unloading your order. If you choose to request support unloading your order an additional fee will apply.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pergola World. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, provided that they are in new and unused condition including packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. An order receipt or invoice must be provided upon request. 

To initiate a return, please log into your account, select the order number that you would like to return a product from and click the return time link. After receiving an email with instructions, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you are solely responsible for any cost incurred when returning materials delivered to you. This includes shipments via LTL Freight Shipment, UPS, Local Delivery and Local Pick Up. We do not offer free returns for shipments.

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item(s), we will process your return or exchange within fourteen (14) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Stain Totes, Lumber, Special Order Items, Customized Items, Pergola & Roof Kits. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Additionally, please note that restocking fees apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all LTL Freight returns.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all other returns.

Please also note that sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
